Our passionate staff are driven to providing only the highest level of service. We aim to create pieces of the highest quality by hand picking each of the stones direct from the cutters in Belgium and Russia, and involving them in each stage of the design and manufacturing processes at our onsite workshop in Brisbane.
We believe that you should only pay for a difference that you can see, so we take the time to sit down and educate you about the different diamond grades in order to assist you throughout the decision making process.

I had to get a custom wedding band for my uniquely shaped wedding ring and you cannot even tell it wasn't a part of a set! They made my wedding band look identical to my engagement ring with a generous amount of diamonds for a very reasonable price. The entire customised experience was a beautiful, thoughtful part of the wedding planning for my husband and I and we don't regret going to Xennox for our rings for a second. We cannot recommend them enough!!

The showroom in Brisbane is beautiful with excellent service. A complimentary drink, champagne, whisky or alike is offered on arrival along with all the options for wedding rings. At no stage did we feel pressure to buy.
