Hi there :) If just the date has changed, then you can send out a small card that matches your invite style that says something along the lines of "Change the Date," similar to a Save the Date card. I also recommending texting / emailing people as well, but the card is a nice touch because your guests can keep it alongside their original invitations. This will avoid confusion.

All the best. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with.

Cheers,

I would not say you would need to send out a whole new invitation giving yourself more stress and extra expense i would just suggest a slip similar to an RSVP card size that can be easily sent in the post advising of change of date. Still sticking to your original design and theme but a little more simple and cost efficient. Hope this helps answer your question. Kind Regards, Hayley x

I agree with Peppermint Press.  A smaller card in the same style updating guests of the date change.

If you need someone to match your invitation design for the card let me know... I'm happy to design something for you :)

Hi Bride To Be,

This actually happened to me, 2 weeks before my wedding day! I posted a smaller postcard size card out, that said we had a 'CHANGE OF VENUE". The design matched my wedding invite style, but not as fancy. I also made sure we texted everyone too. Hope this helps out.

Best of luck - Lala

I'd suggest there's no need to send the same invitations you sent the first time. Maybe just a smaller, postcard sized card to advise of the date change. Keep it matching with fonts & style of your original invitations.

That's what I would do if I were in that situation   :)
