Absolutely! One of our team will be in touch with your proofs within a week of ordering to make sure you're 100% happy with it before it goes to printing.
We do recommend double-checking your provided text (and ensuring all spelling and grammar is correct) before ordering to make the proof process as smooth and efficient as possible.

We usually recommend ordering around 3-4 weeks ahead of when you'd like to receive your item to make the process as stress-free as possible. If you have questions about your specific turn-around time, feel free to get in touch with us.
While we can offer limited customisation of our base templates, we don’t create custom designs from scratch. This is because our niche is to offer understated elegance without the price tag - by offering pre-designed suites, we are able to provide wedding stationery that is more cost effective than design studios and custom graphic design work.

Could we include a social media ban/unplugged ceremony request in our wedding invitations?
Hi there. Wondering how to delicately make the request for an 'unplugged' wedding and that our photos not be shared on social until we have. Would it be usual to put this in our wedding invitations?

Hi!
From my experience, mention of an 'unplugged' day or social media posting guidelines most typically occur on the day itself.
I think I have only done perhaps 1-2 notes of this on invitations to date, and I've printed hundreds over the years!
Usually I have seen either signage while entering the ceremony and reception, a note in ceremony programs or reception menus, and clarification in person by the MC / celebrant.
I would expect that notice of this months in advance would probably be forgotten on the day, so reminders in person at the ceremony would perhaps be more effective.
In saying that, most stationers including us offer details cards with invitations, so you are welcome to include whatever details you would like on them! You know your guest list better than us, so if you believe advance notice would be helpful to clarify this for your guests, then go for it!
