Printing:
If you need help with printing, we can assist you in coordinating with external service providers. These services come at an additional cost and are managed separately from our design work. We understand that navigating priting options can be overwhelming, so EditItPrints is here to fully support you through this process, making your choices as easy as possible and while we’ll do our best to ensure a smooth process, we can’t take responsibility for any issues with printing quality, delivery and or damages to any items.

Our personalized consultation process for crafting your event stationery is designed with your unique vision in mind. It all begins with a welcoming and thorough 1-hour initial consultation where we get to know you and dive into your preferences and ideas. From there, you'll get to review up to 5 distinct concept designs, each tailored to reflect your style. We want you to be completely satisfied, so we include up to 5 additional 30-minute sessions for revisions and design reviews, ensuring every detail is just right.
Once we finalize your design, you’ll receive it in three versatile formats—PNG, JPEG, and PDF—making it easy for you to use across various platforms and print materials. We’re also committed to providing prompt support, with a 3-day turnaround time for any questions you send via email. If you need help with printing, we can assist you in coordinating with external service providers.

These services come at an additional cost and are managed separately from our design work, we ensure that all items sent to these external providers is of the correct digital formating, sizing etc. Prices will be set by these printing partners, and while we’ll do our best to ensure a smooth process, we can’t take responsibility for any issues with printing quality, delivery and or damages to any items.
The length of the printing process for event stationery can vary depending on several factors. Since all our printing services are outsourced to external providers, the timeline is contingent upon their specific schedules and capabilities. To ensure that your stationery is ready in time for your event, we recommend allowing a 6-8 week window from the date you place your order. This timeframe accounts for potential delays in printing and delivery services, ensuring that you have ample time to address any unforeseen issues that may arise. By planning ahead and building in this buffer period, you'll help ensure that everything is ready and perfect for your special event. If you have any specific deadlines or concerns, please let us know so we can work together to accommodate your needs as best as possible.
If you want to modify any elements that are not editable in the template, please send us an email with your request. It's important to note that this will be considered a personalized consultation to meet your specific requirements. Since it involves customizing an existing template, the fees for making adjustments to the design will be determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure that you get a tailored solution.
The duration of our design process can vary based on a few factors, including your availability, the complexity of your design, and the number of revisions needed to finalize your concept and number of items to be designed. Generally, we aim to provide you with your 5 intital concept designs within a week following your scheduled consultation, based on the design brief your provide. Once you've recieved the concept designs and we've made any necessary revisions, we strive to complete the final product within three weeks from your initial consultation. We will keep you informed throught the process o ensure everything stays on track. If you have any specific deadlines or additional questions, please let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate them! Please note that if you request us to coordinate any printing on your behalf this will take additional time, refer to frequently asked question about Printing for more details.
At EditItPrints, we offer flexible tiered pricing and packages to suit different budgets. We’re happy to negotiate on packages or items if needed. For detailed pricing information, please refer to our booklet. Printing costs vary based on factors like paper type and quantity, estimates and which external provider is used. Estimates can be provided for printing upon request.
Our pre-made templates offer extensive flexibility for customization. All font and text elements are fully editable, allowing for adjustments to font type, size, color, and position to suit your preferences. It's important to note that while most graphics can be customized, certain elements are non-negotiable out of respect for the original designer's work. Additionally, the template's size and orientation are fixed and cannot be altered. Should you require resizing, please reach out to us via email, and while there may be a small fee for this service, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Furthermore, each template supports the addition of photos and provides the option for a reverse side, presenting an all-encompassing solution for your personalized needs.
We understand that sometimes things can be missed, and mistakes may occur even after the consultation period. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your design, and we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please note that once you have signed the final design approval form, EditItPrints is not responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors that may appear. We recommend reviewing all designs carefully before final approval to ensure everything is accurate. If you identify any mistakes after the approval form has been signed, additional fees may apply for corrections.
