Bonnie is a specialist Bridal Makeup Artist & Hair Stylist, offering a creative, knowledgeable, and flexible service. With over 15 years of experience in weddings, film, and photography, her work has been featured in Vogue Magazine, Weekend West, and local films. She has also styled for renowned brands including Nikon Photography, Lotterywest, and Linneys.
Her approach to styling is versatile, timeless, and camera ready, with a strong focus on longevity to ensure your hair and makeup remain flawless from 'I do' to the last dance.
Bonnie’s goal is to ensure your wedding day is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. She offers expert guidance on hair and makeup, helping each Bride and Bridal party feel confident, comfortable, and perfectly wedding ready. By taking the time to get to know her clients in advance, Bonnie collaborates closely to create a look that is both unique and tailored to each individual.
Bonnie is based in Perth and the South West from November to April, and in Broome from May to October. She is also available for interstate and international travel.

Trails are optional however recommended if you are unsure of what look you would like and if you have skin allergies or sensitivities. Generally the Bride and one Bridesmaid will have a trial. Trials are a great opportunity for us to meet before the big day. However I am confident styling weddings without having done a trial. The decision is all yours.
Anytime is a good time! If you are feeling nervous or unsure of the hair and makeup process I do suggest having a trial earlier rather then later so that we can put your mind at ease and you can feel confident in my services for your special day. Alternatively you can book your trial for a few days/weeks before the wedding day depending on your situation.
I supply all hair and makeup products needed to create your look, including a makeup chair. It’s best to have clean and dry hair for your trial and a fresh face (no makeup).
However it is recommended to bring along the following:
•Pictures of hair styles and makeup that you like and may want to try.
•Decorative hair pieces/clips that you may have purchased for the wedding day.
•Products or lipsticks that you would love to use for the wedding day. (This is not a must and only a suggestion).
•I will need a small space to work in with access to a power point and natural light if possible (thank you).
Comfortably I can do up to 4 x hair and makeup or a combination of 8 x makeups of 8 x hair styling.
Yes, I arrange help for styling with professional and qualified artists who I’ve worked with for many years.
I will let you know if help may be required at your wedding day and advise you of any additional costs that you may incur.
Are you freelance/can you travel to me for styling? Yes I am freelance and I can travel to you for trials and on the wedding day styling. Please note that a small travel fee may apply depending on your location.
A small touch up kit is recommended to help keep your hair and makeup looking perfect throughout the day and night. Although your hair and makeup is designed to be long lasting, humid/hot weather and some other factors such as skin conditions may cause the makeup and hair to need a quick touch up.
The following items are recommended:
•Translucent powder
•Lipstick
•A small comb
Unfortunately not. I do have a large range of lipsticks in my kit that I use for applications, however I do recommend sourcing your own lipstick prior to your wedding/event to apply after eating and drinking. I can help you pick the perfect colour to suit your look and recommend some amazing long lasting brands.
Absolutely. I offer personalised one on one or group workshops, demonstrating techniques and product recommendations. This can be done in your own home or at my home studio.
