We can do a trial at any time but I generally advise 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding day. This gives you enough time to gather inspiration photos and ideas that you like and still have the image fresh in your mind before the day! Some brides like to do a hair trial before their dress fitting to see how the hair and dress come together. You will need to have inspiration photos and any hair pieces, veils or extensions ready for your trial appointment. During your trial, we can discuss ideas and talk about what style will suit your dress and atmosphere the best. I will also brief you with how the day will run and confirm bridal party numbers and hairstyles.

Yes! As I work through the bridal party I will hairspray and pin up any loose pieces to keep the shape for as long as possible. After everyone is done, I then go through and fine tune as well as do a final spray on everyones hair. In the instance that someone has very fine or heavy hair that does not hold curl well, I would advise to try an upstyle or would do their hair last so that it lasted as long as possible (This would all be discussed during the consultation at your trial before the day).

Our prices are all inclusive which means we don’t charge any additional travel fees within 25km of Mooloolaba or for extra hair paddings or products needed (You also get to keep any hair paddings and pins used!)

No. For best results It is advised to wash and blow dry your hair the day before the wedding. We also ask you to avoid using any product on your hair as this gives us a blank canvas to work on and any product needed will be used and supplied on the day.

7-14 days prior to the wedding day is best. This leaves enough time for any colour stains to fade and your hair to settle before the day but is also late enough that your colour is fresh and their is little to no regrowth.
