Ebony and Ivory Studio was created by Ebony, a qualified hairdresser with 16 years industry experience and 13 years managing a busy CBD salon. Starting her own venture has now combined her knowledge with her passion for weddings to create stunning brides.

Offering more than hair styling Ebony and Ivory Studio will deliever complete transformations for you and your entire bridal party. Specialising in a range of other professional services to take the stress out of the lead up to your big day.

• Pre wedding day colouring including foiling, balayage and colour corrections
• Style cuts from modern trends, trims and blowdrys and even mens styling
• Extensions including clip in application, tape in extensions as well as weft and single beaded extensions
• Spray tanning including a mobile service
• Eyelash and eyebrow tinting
• Complete body waxing
Ebony and Ivory Studio is available for on loaction styling and will travel to your pre-wedding venue to create your dream vision.

Welcome! I'm Ebony and I'm the creator of Ebony and Ivory Studio. I'm also the proud mother to 2 cheeky boys and enjoy having a busy lifestyle. With 16 years experience in industry and 13 years managing a busy CBD salon, I wanted to use my knowledge and start my own brand. Ebony and Ivory Studio is a boutique home based salon that I'm extremely proud of. Unfortunately no, However, I can recommend a great artist if needed.
Freshly washed hair is important. Shampooing the night before and using a styling mousse is ideal. Blowdry, whether that be with a round brush or a quick blast off so hair is 100% dry for the day.
NO straightening irons, unless requested prior.
Absolutely!
I always recommend having a trial prior to the big day! It ensures that your are 100% happy with your choosen style. I also recommend bringing a member of your bridal party (usually the maid of honour) for a trial too.
It is a fantastic way to perfect the process so the day goes as smoothly as possible. I will take photos for reference, that I will add to your file but can also forward onto you.
It's common for the bride to have her trial on the hens day, why waste the do?!

I'm available to style for different events. As a qualified hairdresser I already have a loyal clientele that I see on a regular basis and would be happy to have a consultation to discuss your hair goal.
Some of my other services I offer include
Colouring services, style cuts including mens and children and extension application and removal.
I'm available for on location styling and depending on the distance some locations incur a travel fee. Ask for a quote for more information.
