Could be a bit risky as the flowers should be in water for a number of hours with flower condition treatment.  Communicate with your florist of choice and discuss the type of flowers you are thinking of picking.

It will depend on the flowers you pick as to if they will last or not.

When picked from the garden some flowers will last, whilst other will not and it will depend on the extent of the blooming of each flower.

Generally, if you pick your flowers and have them in water for at least 24 hours, they should live out the day. Roses are great at holding up, as long as they aren't too open.

I can't give a simple yes or no as I don't know what varieties of flowers you want to pick.

There are some flowers that last better than others when picked from the garden.

I have made bridal bouquets where the bride has supplied some flowers from her grandmothers garden. Some of them I coud use, others I could not as I knew they wouldn't last the day.

That will depend on what flowers you are picking.

Many flowers will not survive for long without water.
