Absolutely! As we use realistic artificial flowers and are not subject to seasonally availability we can source the exact flowers you are after.
Sourcing that special flower would be of high priority for Hoa Vân Floral Studio. However, it is very dependent on availability, seasonality, and weather conditions that can affect the outcome. We would think of at least 2 other alternatives, and when we arrive closer to the date (or even the week of!), if the special flower cannot be obtained, we will let you know and workshop an alternative that is most suitable that YOU will be happy with. It is important for you to be informed of any and every vital decision. If your heart is set on a special flower, we will endeavour to be as realistic yet supportive in acquiring the flower if it is within our means. Mother nature can throw some curveballs, but we're here with our expertise to brainstorm something that would be just as amazing as your special flower.
Hi there,
Depending on the season and availability we will do everything we can to source it for you. What flower to you have in mind?
kind regards,

At Rymonda Floral Design, we understand that sometimes it’s that one special flower that brings everything together, and as a customised florist, we're all about making those personal touches happen.
If the flower you're dreaming of is in season and available, there's a very good chance we can source it through our trusted suppliers. If it's not readily available, whether it's out of season or rarely grown for cutting, we’ll look into thoughtful alternatives. That might mean finding a high-end silk version, or choosing a fresh bloom with a similar colour, shape, or feeling to match the look you're after.
Every request is unique, so we take the time to research carefully before confirming anything. While we can’t guarantee every variety, you can count on us to do everything we can to find the perfect fit for your vision.
If the special flower is in season there are many wholesalers that stock many different flowers- so the chances of being able to find that one particular flower is very good! However sometimes flowers aren't grown for the cut market or aren't in season when your wedding day is. If this is the case sometimes we are able to find faux flowers in its place or otherwise flowers with a similiar look/color. This is something I would research and look into before I promised a bride anything, as we are dealing with a natural item and nothing is guaranteed. But if it is out there we will do our absolute best to find it!

Hi lovely!
When it comes to sourcing a specific flower, it really depends on the type of flower and the time of year. If you're working with artificial flowers, it’s usually possible to find the exact type you’re after, since they’re not limited by seasons. However, I’ll always say—fresh is best!
For fresh flowers, the best approach is to chat with your florist and ask what’s in season. The floral industry is huge and always evolving, and as professional florists, we have access to local growers and international suppliers. That means, depending on availability, we can sometimes source special blooms—even rare or imported ones—if the conditions are right.
That said, it’s important to remember that not all flowers are available year-round. Weather conditions, growing seasons, and shipping timelines can impact what’s accessible at the time of your event. Sometimes you get lucky and your dream flower is in season—other times, it might be more challenging or costly to bring it in.
This is why I highly recommend focusing on a colour palette and style, rather than locking in a single flower type. Your florist can then use that palette to design something beautiful with seasonal blooms that reflect the same look, feel, and emotion you’re going for. Seasonal flowers are generally fresher, more cost-effective, and will hold up better—especially in our warmer months.
At the end of the day, flexibility allows us to be more creative and deliver florals that are stunning, long-lasting, and tailored to your vision. So definitely ask your florist about the specific flower you love, but also trust their guidance if it’s not the best fit for your date or climate.
You never know—we might be able to get exactly what you’re after, or even suggest something even better!
kindest regards,
