Our Process

1. Initial Contact
Your journey with us begins the moment your enquiry arrives. We take the time to understand your story, your venue and the atmosphere you want to create — the feeling you want guests to experience from the second they enter. This first touchpoint allows us to begin shaping a design that feels intentional and uniquely yours.

2. Consultation
From there, we meet for a collaborative, design-led consultation — over the phone, via Zoom, or face-to-face in our Hastings studio, whichever feels most comfortable for you. This conversation is where your ideas deepen: we explore your aesthetic, inspiration and priorities, knowing your vision may evolve throughout the planning process. We’re here with you at every stage, guiding, refining and bringing clarity to your design.

3. Customised Proposal
Following your consultation, we craft a considered and fully customised proposal. This includes your design direction, colour palette, floral compositions and any supporting styling elements — all created to feel cohesive, meaningful and aligned with the experience you want to create. It’s your vision, thoughtfully translated into a detailed and beautifully structured plan.

4. Design & Creation
As your day approaches, we take care of every detail with precision and care. From sourcing beautiful seasonal blooms to orchestrating the final on-site styling, we ensure each element comes together seamlessly. Our goal is simple: that you walk into your space and feel the same emotion, atmosphere and magic we’ve been crafting from the very beginning.

With over seven years in the wedding industry and a background in interior design, I create modern romantic florals that feel effortless, textural and deeply personal. I balance structure with softness to design atmosphere and emotion — florals that become the heartbeat of a celebration and linger long after the day is done.
