We are dedicated, warm and personal in our approach and love bringing the best botanicals of the season to your incredible event, collaborating with you to bring your floral vision to life. We are wild at heart, we are creative artful thinkers, makers, collaborators, foragers and finders that bring years of practice in floristry and creative industry to our work. We are absolute Bower Birds at heart, always looking for an interesting element to bring to a project. We are known for our creativity and attention to detail, ensuring every arrangement, bouquet or buttonhole is unique, fresh and beautiful.

Hi I’m Merryn, but Mez to most. Flowers are a love language for me, and bringing that passion to your celebration is just what I do. You’ll find me warm, personal and detailed, looking for ways to bring the flower wow to your incredible day. I am a lover of the arts, a HUGE music fan and I love to work with the purpose of beauty, kindness and generosity of heart and connection with my wonderful clients. I live on the Mornington Peninsula with my family and cavoodle Luna Bear Esmeralda.

Half Moon Meadow services the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne and Dandenong Ranges.
Ideally 4-6 months notice and never less than a month as like to give our flower markets and suppliers sufficient notice to give us what we need.
You will find that wedding florists can be booked up to a year in advance, so get in as quickly as you can!
Half Moon Meadow provides a personal, end to end experience. On the wedding day, you will find us delivering to all of your venues where you, your partner and families are getting ready at. We will be there well before your photographer arrives with flowers that have been prepped and primed for their big moment, delivered safely to you. We work with your event manager at your venue and with their timing for the ceremony and reception to make sure your flowers are set up and looking incredible to blow you away as you walk down the aisle. Quite often we wait after the ceremony to bring ceremony flowers into the venue. After the wedding, Half Moon Meadow often comes back at the end of the night to collect hired items and flowers, if you haven't given them away to friends and family. Alternatively, we also often come back to the venue to morning after to pack everything down. We then wait anxiously to see the professional photos of your incredible day!

I’m not sure what was my favourite part of your wedding, being greeted at the door by your beautiful doggo in a tuxedo, Mark’s idea of giving you flowers the morning of the wedding, or seeing yourself and bridal party lined up with smiles and bouquets for the big moment!
