Award-winning floral designer and founder Glenys Mercer has spent over 21 years in the industry in all areas from retail to wholesale, as well as creating flowers for weddings, funerals and corporate functions. Starting her career in Perth, she later moved to Brisbane and continued her floristry journey opening Glenys Mercer Floral Design in Wellington Point in 2003 which was rebranded to Flair Floral in 2021.
