How much do flower bouquets usually cost?

I agree with all the above comments from the other florists, but another consideration to take into account is the years of experience that your intended florist has. You don't want to leave things to chance with an experienced start-up florist. I have ten years experience as a florist, and as such bride's don't mind paying a little (and I do mean a little) bit more for that experience and expertise. Also, if you are having reception flowers, venues have strict bump-in and bump-out times, and if it means that the florist has to go back at midnight to take everything away, there will be charges for that service as well.
