What do I do if I've got my period on my wedding day?

Ummmm this question is a little tmi. But I'm curious what your advice is if I've got my period on my wedding day. Do you know how other brides have handled this? Dress stuff, underwear, bloating etc. I want all the options! Appreciated.

Take safety pins and a needle and thread with you.  Not likely there will be a stain on the exterior shell of your gown, but if the worst happens you can make an emergency dart (overlap the stain with fabric) to hide the accident.  And don't worry--after the wedding an experienced cleaner will be able to remove the stain.

Quite simply you handle it the same way you handle it every other month.   It is such a personal situation.  I would receommend just making sure you are covered, with spares of everything, and extras of everything that might be needed.  As the day get closer talk to your alteration person to ensure your gown is not too tight if you have a tendancy to bloat.
