Hello and Congratulations on your upcoming wedding,

Tea length was very popular in 50's and is a vintage style look. Choosing that style is not wrong but whether is fluttering should be decided through the fittings with designer where you got your dress as it is very visual desicion. If you have a dress already then I would recomend to wear a great heels with it. If you have more questions feel free to contact me directly trough www.cheinnoir.com
