It is not to fast to be organized. What I would suggest that you try your dress 6 month prior to the wedding. It will give you chance to asses if anything needs changing or altering.

Hi there!

There is no 'right' way to plan a wedding! If you're noramlly quite an organised person then being planned many months in advance is not uncommon. It gives you and your partner a little bit of time to relax in the lead up to the wedding if neither of you have nothing major left to organise.

In terms of the gown, if you've fallen in love with a dress then there is nothing wrong with ordering it sooner rather than later, we tend to find that brides who order their gowns when they fall in love with it rather than 'umm'ing and 'arr'ing about it are more confident (and honestly less overwhelmed) with their choice. Just make sure you have been to a few stores to ensure you are 100% happy with your dream wedding gown.

We wish you all the best for the big day!
