Yes. Your dress will be tailor made exactly to your measurements. We suggest you go through the Fitting Guide to obtain an accurate measurement. The size will be customized specifically to your bust, waist, hip and height. In addition, most of our dresses have a corset (lace-up) design in the back. You can always loosen up or tighten a bit if your weight slightly changes before your big day.

You can receive your tailor made wedding dress within 7 weeks of your order. This includes: Tailoring time: 4-5 weeks Shipping time: 1-2 weeks If you require your order urgently, we can arrange for a priority order with our dressmaker (additional charges may apply). We make sure our quality is never compromised by carefully picking the right material and inspecting the factories and production lines. We will never sell a dress that is defective or sneaky in the materials. 

Joy's Bridal Collection is an online store, which saves enourmous overhead cost compared to a traditional shop front. With cutting down the cost in renting, shop fittings, out goings and labours, the pricing pressure is also released from our customers. Imagine if you buy a wedding gown in a traditional shop front but 60% goes to the store overhead, why not spend only 40% buying an exactly same gown online?

At Joy's Bridal Collection, we’re committed to ensuring all our customers receive high quality dresses and great customer service. Our dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, and height). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on custom dresses. Therefore, we strongly recommend you look at our "Fitting Guide" to obtain the most accurate measurement. However, if the dress you received has major fault or not as described, please contact our customer service with your invoice number, photos and a detailed explanation within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work out the best solution for you.
