How far in advance do I need to book?

White Lane Events

We recommend to book at least 1 year from your wedding date to ensure your date is still avaliabile. We do of course still take bookings with in the year but do find that some popular dates can already be booked out by this time. 

What do you need from us to confirm?

White Lane Events

Once you have recieved your quote and your happy to proceed with us for your big day, we will send through all details via a booking confirmation and contract for you. A 20% deposit is required to lock in your booking and full payment prior to your event. 

We can certainly still make changes to your booking all the way up until 1 month prior when finer details are required. 

Can we use our own florist?

White Lane Events

Of coure. We are happy to work with your florist or we can arrange and supply the florals for you. We want to mak sure your day is perfect and everything is as you invisioned so more then happy to work with other suppliers on the day. 

What information is needed for us to provide quote ?

The more information provided the better. We also LOVE photos to ensure we are on the same page in terms of the style your after.
