We believe the best month for a wedding in April; this is because the weather is just perfect. It is not too hot, not too cold and not too windy - just perfect. April, for us is also by far our busiest month of the year.

Summer: December, January, February

   Pros - Days are longer allowing for more afternoon sunlight for later afternoon weddings / photos. 

   Cons - Days can be very hot and windy.

   TIP - Water for guests and shade during summer months is a wonderful idea to keep all your guests refreshed and cool. 

Autumn: March, April, May

   Pros - The winds have started to settle and the days become cooler. 

   Cons - 

   TIP - These month book out really fast, to get in touch to secure your wedding date.

Winter: June, July, August

   Pros - Usually cheaper months to have a wedding. Perfect for indoor wedding ceremonies. 

   Cons - High chance of rain.

   TIP - Ensure you have a backup plan in case of rain / bad weather. 

Spring: September, October, November

   Pros - Beautiful months for a wedding, very popular, lovely weather.

   Cons - Medium change or rain and cool days. 

   TIP - Ensure you have a backup plan in case of rain / bad weather. 

YES, We like to ensure all our couples have a backup plan as an option just in case. 

Weather is always so unpredictable and it is better to have a backup plan option over the stress of finding an undercover / indoor venue at the last minute. 

It is best to check with your reception venue first - most reception venues have an area that can be used for your ceremony if need be. 

It depends on a lot of things which will be discussed in more detail with your stylist; however the general time we like to allow is 2hrs for a standard set up.  Deluxe set ups can take longer. 

When booking the time with the local council or venue, make sure you allow time for set up (2hrs) time for the ceremony itself and congratulations (1hr) and pack up (1hr) - Total 4hrs is recommended, however we can discuss other options. Booking sufficient time will ensure no one can book the time prior or post your wedding time slot (so there shouldn't be another wedding on when the stylist arrives to set up). 

Circle of Love believes every couple is unique that is why we prefer to customise and personalise every wedding ceremony to make it unique, a reflection of the couple and their wedding dreams and budgets. We have a minimum spend of $500 with most of our packages around the $1000 mark; however it really depends on what you are after.
