Hi - most of caterers offr grazing tables - please see some thoughts below:
Just in case you aren’t familiar with this emerging trend, grazing tables are an effortlessly, yet supremely cool alternative to canapés.
Yup, so that in-between post-nuptials but pre-dinner phrase, you know the one: everyone’s got their sweet little cocktail, they’re wandering round, catching up with distant relatives and old friends, while the happy couple (you, thats you! Eek!) have their photos shot. It’s a beautiful, sociable, casj part of any wedding… But wait, what’s that? Do I hear the faint, yet distinct tremble of a stomach rumbling? Yes, yes I do!
There are only two ways around this, and the coolest, most relaxed option is, without shadow of a doubt, the grazing table.
Grazing tables are very popular as guests are able to help themselves when hungry and also if you are on a budget it will save in wait staff as opposed to handing canapes around. They also offer a wide selection of foods which pleases most
When we do grazing tables we ensure that the table is maintained throughout the time of its display as they can get very messy when guests help themselves

Yes we offer this and are happy to Tailor make a menu that suits your occasion
Many caterers are flexible with what the offer but you will find that most will offer grazing tables. We offer a number of different options in terms of grazing tables or what we call stations. We generally work with the client to build a beautiful and unique menu - stations/grazing tables can work incredibly well either on their own or in tandem with canapes. Grazing tables have been very popular for a number of years and most caterers will offer them as an option. I hope this helps!
A Hot Coals it is completely up to the customer! We have a number of service types, (fingerfood, platters, buffet, table service) and many brides incorporate several service types throughout their event. Grazing tables can be very popular - we find our customers particularly love a dessert grazing table, as we can set it up and go home, saving them money on our service! Also popular right now are share platters on tables, forcing guests to interact with each other and be sociable - a lovely idea. At the end of the day, you are the customer, and it's our job to provide what you want!

The grazing option is very popular, we serve four entrees and four mains on platters to the table for guests to graze on banquette style.
If you have a specific grazing station it is really a buffet.

Yes, they are pretty popular and can look amazing! I've seen some incredible grazing tables done in Adelaide by Ray from Out in the Paddock, here are some of his photos: https://www.instagram.com/outinthepaddock/

Grazing Tables appear to be the latest trend for Weddings. We have been offering them for a while and they are growing in popularity. They look amazing with lots of delicious and artistically placed antipasto, charcuterie, decadent cheeses and exotic fruits.
It can also be useful if you do not want your guests to be stuck at their seat all night, rather your guests can enjoy some arrival canapes and the grazing table to replace having a seated entree; followed by main course share platters to aid in a more casual and fun dining experience.
