FAQ
All we require is a $500 deposit. This will be deducted off your final invoice which is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. This deposit will secure your date and close it off to any further enquiries.
Your Head Chef & all required crockery & cutlery is included. Additional Chef/Kitchen Hand and/or Service staff are additional. How many you require will depend on your final numbers, package selected and run-sheet.
Yes, we offer private one-on-one tastings with the Head Chef at our Southport Kitchen. These are offered on Monday to Wednesday evenings by appointment pending availability. POA.
No, we also cater for private parties, private dinners, corporate events, bridal showers, hens parties & baby showers. Our full catering range can be found on our website.
Yes, we have a fully portable kitchen set-up which allows us to cater anywhere. All we require is a 3mx6m space to set up and access to a power outlet. If no power we will need to hire a generator POA. We bring everything else required to cook all your food fresh on site.
All of our pre-prep is done at our Southport Kitchen and cooked on-site at your venue, house or property. We cook all food fresh on site. We do not re-heat any food.
