Worked as a chef around the world over 20 years in the famous 5star hotel. (Japan 5years, USA 5years, Australia over 10 years) Why Mexican food?? People often ask me why you sell Mexican food?? Yes, As you can see I'm a Japanese chef. I cook Italian, French, Japanese but I really love my tex-mex recipe lerned in the best Tex-Mex restaurant in US and still remember all flavor. So 5 years ago, I decided to start Mexican food truck business in Perth.
