As a child, my eyes would light up at the mention of oysters. Years later as an adult Ive spent many years working alongside Flinders Oyster Company growing Angasi oysters and shucking Sydney Rock Oysters, where we were often asked to attend events. Hence the birth of Oyster Soiree! Working in the operating theatre and in sales, has given me a good core value of customer service and a will to please my clients! It would be my absolute honour to add a touch of luxury to your special day!
