We are a small family business run by chef / owner Trent, who has been a chef on the Gold Coast for 20 years.
Little Wahaca has everything from tacos, tostadas, empanadas, amazing salsa’s and marinades, slow braised and grilled meats, ceviche’s and salads. All of our food is street food style so perfect for that festival, or relaxed garden style wedding. We also have a canape' /tapas menu and wait staff available if you prefer more formal service.
All Little Wahaca food is made from quality ingredients with handmade sauces, marinades, and pastries. Our tacos, tostadas, and corn chips are all made from 100% organic masa which is gluten-free.
We can customise our menu to suit your catering needs, including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly dishes.
About
Meet Brodie and Trent, the lovely couple behind the latest culinary member of the TVM community. This little gem of a caravan was a labor of love for Trent (a chef of over 17 years) who designed and hand built it from scratch. As well as whipping up delicious Latin American food, these two are busy doing the work-life juggle with baby boy Van, 8 months ('the other baby van').
