Pops by Launch is an award winning alcoholic sorbet pops Company with a current portfolio of 6 premium flavors, each chosen for its’ unique taste and style.

Aperitivo, Limoncello, Gin & Tonic, Pina Colada, Mojito and Scotch & Cola come with an Art Deco backdrop and a twist of Italian.  Born from a love of desserts, Pops by Launch is different – it’s a velvety smooth sorbet using real alcohol, not frozen ice.  We are rapidly spreading across Melbourne and beyond aiming to be at every function and event because we’re confident in our product taste and design.

The concept of alcoholic sorbet pops came to us one night when we couldn’t decide between a drink or dessert so after much deliberation we thought ‘Porque no los dos’ why not have both? One of our team, being an Australian with an Italian background thought hard about this paradox and the Pops were born. Having had experience in the food and beverage industry and a love of anything art deco, we set to work. As most people know having your own business is a tough gig never mind launching immediately before a pandemic... but we love what we do, sounds like a cliche but if you don’t put some love in those cocktail sorbets they just don’t taste good! Funny we were also extremely lucky to have so many supporters offer to taste test for us ; ) After several taste trials (someone had to do it) months of licensing, applications and copious amounts of paperwork we eventually began manufacturing - the most exciting day ever.

We supply our Pops to lots of events like engagement parties, hen do’s, weddings, birthday parties, pool parties, Christmas and work parties. We also supply individual boxes as everyone deserves to have these in their freezer! We have also participated in events like comedy festivals and arts centre Melbourne festivals. Some of our suppliers/supporters who have stocked our Pops include theatres, cinemas, restaurants and clubs, bottle shops and pubs, bowling clubs, ice creamery and arts centres. The product is all about hospitality and entertaining and we’ve worked to maintain a great ABV content of alcohol with a class sorbet consistency. This product isn’t some ice and spirit combo - it’s a classy but sultry treat that can show it’s face at any occasion.

We really love feedback and interaction, we love to see photos of people enjoying the Pops because that’s what makes us smile and that’s what makes all the hard work really worth it. And we mean that. Thanks for your support - always.
