The Wandering Italian

Chef Giuliano Melluso’s culinary identity was formed at a young age being born into an Italian family. His passion and curiosity for food lead him to London to work in the best Michelin Star Restaurants. Upon returning home he established himself as Head Chef of several inner city Restaurants, where he narrated a story of contemporary elegance met with his Italian heritage that flows through his work. The Wandering Italian was born as we saw a need for Brisbane to be taken on a journey to the dining room table of our Italian family, where the food is uncomplicated and deeply satisfying. We would love to take this journey with you!
