I'm the owner/operator of BBQ AT YOURS, a South American catering business specialising in authentic wood and charcoal bbq. Born in a culture where food brings people together, I grew up surrounded by the traditions of open-fire cooking, learning the art of the Parrilla from my family in South America. After moving to Australia and gaining extensive experience in Australia's hospitality industry, I founded BBQ AT YOURS to share this style of cooking and the warmth of South American BBQ.
