Hello,

You can freeze leftover wedding cake for up to 3–6 months and still enjoy good quality. Some people even save a slice for their first anniversary, and that can work too with proper wrapping—though the texture and flavor might not be quite as fresh.

Here are tips to freeze it well:

  1. Chill first: Let the cake firm up in the fridge for a few hours so the frosting doesn't smudge.
  2. Wrap tightly: Wrap the slices or tiers in several layers—first in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil to prevent freezer burn.
  3. Use an airtight container: After wrapping, place the cake in an airtight container or a heavy-duty freezer bag.
  4. Label it: Write the date on it so you know how long it's been stored.

When you're ready to enjoy it again, thaw it in the fridge overnight, still wrapped, to avoid condensation making the cake soggy.

Hope this helps,

Rita

xoxo

our cake is freshly bake. We do not use frozen cake. So yes, definitely you can freeze our cake after the reception though

I would not suggest freezing the cake more than 2 months.

always freeze the cake in air tight containers or nicely wrapped in a cling wrapped. Portioned prior packaging will make life easier later on the day you want to co sure the cake.
even better, our cake freeze very well, so we heard from our clients ??

Hi

Leftover wedding cake can definitely be frozen but it does depend on the cake you have.

Mud cakes freeze very well, many people have said they actually taste better! just wrap tightly

and freeze in a container. Sponge cake however does dry out quicker and would need to be

frozen in the same way very quickly after cutting. Best Wishws Alison

Hi! Thank you for reaching out! It really depends on which tower you order, for example our macaron towers, madeline towers, and donut towers can definitely be frozen, but I would not recommend freezing our chocolate strawberry towers as the texture of the strawberry after defrost may be mushy. Let me know if you have any other questions!
