What's YOUR favourite cake flavour that you make?

I think there are a few WOW cake flavours.

Mars Bar chocolate mudcake is definately up there along with Toblerone Chocolate mud cake but the American Traditional Red Velvet Cake is the real winner with cream cheese filling!

Think about what complements your Menu for your guests and a tiered cake can have different cake flavours for each tier to provide your guests with choice to suit their personal palates. If the wedding cake is going to be sliced and placed on platters, think about cake colour choices too ie a chocolate mud cake, red velvet and a lemon sponge.

My favorite mud cake flavour for a cake has to be chocolate with chocolate ganache. I use a combo of dark and milk chocolate. It's very popular with my clients. For cupcakes my favourite and most popular flavour is red velvet. My red velvets are to die for!

My favourite flavour that I make is Chocolate Orange Mud Cake.  Its not too strong in flavour and is deliciously moist and I find the majority of Customers and my friends and family love it.  I am also partial to the White Chocolate Mud Cake for something even lighter.

I always welcome my Brides to come and do a free tasting and would be more than happy to do one for you.
