Hi Daniela,

Great question, i agree with the comments from Toula. I think how your cake is presented will depend a lot on your reception location, meaning indoors or outdoors.

Where are you located Daniela,If you are in perth and have have not found a designer as yet we would also be happy to help, and would be more than happy to meet with you and your family to discuss further.

Hi Daniela

We can make an Italian style cake for you, as I am a trained pastry chef and of European background. We have made many and they are delicious. This type of dessert cake needs to be refrigerated so we would suggest a slab cake to be served from the kitchen. You can then have a regular wedding cake to display with a cutting component for the cutting ceremony.
