We are able to create a croqouembouche for your special event. Either toffee, white chocolate, milk or dark chocolate. Pop some strawberries, or even fresh flowers in there to make it really pop!!

I am a 28 year old Pastry Chef, I trained as a French pastry chef. Since completing my apprenticeship, I took Jobs as the head pastry chef in the NSW art Gallery, Watsons Bay Boutique hotel and Eschalot Restaurant in Berrima. I have loved designing and creating art via cakes. I take great pride in my work, I have mastered sugar flowers and croquembouche. I love what i do, and I love being able to give a customer what they want for their special day.
