W.dding Cakes by Rosa came about out of the the love of making cakes and decorating for my young grandchildren . I had the honor of making a friend's wedding cake and it just took of f from there. I love sitting down and and listening to a new bride what she wants and helping her designe her wedding cake . With Me there is no Pressure, I do taste testing , make sugared flowers and also can provide cake toppers and also I enjoy and love what I do and can't wait to meet my next bride and Groom

My goodness you will not find a cake more delicious than Rosa's! We visited several different places, and while some of them looked super fancy, none of them could compare in taste. Rosa makes her cakes with love, and you can taste it! And, of course, the design turned out to be stunningly beautiful!

Rosa was an absolute dream to work with. She was so lovely and helpful and made my cake dreams come true! Great communication and most importantly, delicious cake flavours! All inclusive & affordable price! We went for White chocolate & Red velvet (2 tiered) cake. It was as delicious during the cake testing and when I needed to change the size of the cake she was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

Hi there - starting to think about wedding cake flavours. Curious to know what are the most popular and what guests love the most vs unique/surprising flavours they might not have tried before? What should we request at a cake tasting?

Hi ,  ok most of my brides go for Red Velvet,  White Muffin , chocolate mud, Buttercake  . Or I offer a fresh Raspberry choc mud or a rippled effect . I have had a few ask for a lemon curd aswell .

I tend to also give them a choice of 2 flavours in the cake layers . 

I do offer others but they seem to be popular with me . Am also open to any flavours you have in mind .

  • What a great question.  At the moment the trend is heading towards the tall straight tier or tiers, in a buttercream or Naked look.  Fondant covered cakes are becoming more  uncommon, 
  • But the trend changes from year to year 

Can any wedding cake be adapted to gluten free or vegan?

I'd like to have vegan and gluten-free options for my wedding cake. Is that doable? Can most types of cakes be made gluten-free or vegan? Would there be an extra charge for that? Thank you.
