Katie has a passion for creating delicious, bespoke cakes and sweets for your special occasion. She takes pleasure in working alongside her couples to provide them with the highest quality products. 

With a unique background as both a chef and also trained in patisserie, she aims to not only produce something that looks beautiful, but also tastes incredible. She offers an extensive range of flavours, and is open to suggestions to personalise your cake. 

About

Katie grew up locally in the Southern highlands with a passion for cooking & baking. She managed to turn this love for creating fine food into a career when she started her apprenticeship to become a chef & then later competing a second degree in patisserie. Creating custom cakes for family & friends quickly became a full time job to which she has since focused her full attention. She truly enjoys creating every wedding cake and is grateful to play a small role in such an important day.
