I have always enjoyed cooking, for me it has always been a huge part of my life. My background in Horticulture makes it much easier for me to replicate the flowers I make for my Cakes, which I really enjoy.

I use only the best quality ingredients in my Cakes and cheesecakes and I always bake them fresh, I never freeze them.
I design my Cakes around my customers special wishes and sometimes that means thinking outside the norm and can I say, this is a part I really enjoy, making the cake speak to you. Getting your personal stamp on it!
