We have been creating cakes for many years and have established the basics of great tasting cakes. Jess closely works with each client and picks up on individual thoughts and ideas that makes the cake truly unique - just about everything is achievable in cake and she relishes the opportunity to make the unexpected possible!

Every cake is made with quality, fresh ingredients and finished with handmade decorations. Flavours can be as varied as you desire with some of the most popular flavours being dark or white mud, red velvet, fruit and sponge. Cakes can be covered in traditional fondant, buttercream, ganache or chocolate work.

Cherish the cake can also cater for dessert buffets or high tea functions with an array of macarons, cupcakes, tartlets and slices as well as savoury petit fours themed perfectly for your event orderable on request.

Though the cakes are made in Manjimup, delivery can be arranged to all surrounding towns: Pemberton, Bridgetown, Northcliffe, Busselton and Margaret River as well as throughout the Bunbury Districts.
