OVERVIEW
The Fluffy Crumb is a Melbourne wedding cake studio specialising in bespoke buttercream cakes that are designed around your day — and made to taste every bit as good as they look.
Based in Elsternwick, every cake is made from scratch by pastry chef Valentina, who trained in patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne.
From intimate wedding cakes to statement multi-tiered designs, each cake is created individually around your venue, style, guest numbers and flavours. Expect contemporary buttercream finishes, vintage piping, florals, texture and thoughtful details rather than a catalogue of pre-set designs.
Couples work directly with Valentina throughout the process, from the initial enquiry and quote through to flavour selection, final design, delivery and venue setup.

Hi, I'm Valentina, the pastry chef and cake designer behind The Fluffy Crumb. After training in patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne and working professionally in pastry, I created TFC to bring together the two things I care about most in cake: thoughtful design and genuinely good flavour. FAQ
The sooner the better! I recommend booking at least 1-2 months before your wedding to secure your date and have plenty of time for tastings and design planning.
Booking is easy!
To order your custom wedding cake, please get in touch with us via email or through the contact us form on our website.
Once your quote is finalized, we’ll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your collection or delivery date.

Yes! I offer vegan friendly cakes, lactose free and eggless to suit a range of dietary needs. Just let me know your preferences when ordering so I can create something delicious everyone can enjoy.
Please note that in our kitchen we operate with nuts, gluten, dairy. If you have a severe allergy to any ingredients, please notify us.
Our tasting boxes include six different flavours from our menu, so you can sample a variety of options and find your favourites. If you decide to book your cake with us, the cost of the tasting box will be credited back to your final invoice.
I offer delivery and setup for your wedding cake to ensure it arrives safely and looks perfect on your big day. Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be included in your quote. If you prefer to pick up your cake, that option is available too.
