Rydges Hobart worked very closely with us on all aspects of the wedding. They kept in touch regularly. On the day they set the rooms up very well and the food and service was excellent!

The Emporium was extremely professional, and we had plenty of space and resources to have the hair and makeup artists arrive. I asked for my room to be serviced around 7am and they complied without hesitation. We received a turn-down service on our wedding day, and it was so lovely to come back to the room being ready to jump into bed. We also ordered a celebration cake which was accidentally overlooked, but when we brought it up, they had it delivered immediately.

Our ceremony and reception were held on the jetty of Coral Sea Resort. I recommend Coral Sea Resort because it's a fantastic venue that's perfect for smaller and more intimate weddings. I recommend an afternoon wedding and night-time reception on the jetty and staying at the resort for a few nights. The venue is in a spectacular location and it's unique in that you can get married over the water without being on a boat. Staff are extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We were married at the start of November 2025 and were very lucky with the weather. For the ceremony it didn't rain, it wasn't too hot (28 degrees), the water was a vivid crystal blue and the boats and yachts set the scene. It was beautiful. For our night-time reception the temperature was comfortable, we had clear skies and a supermoon. We couldn't have asked for more. The resort supplied basic decorations, place cards, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and a circular gold arbour. Flowers from the florist (Sofi and Flora) decorated the arbour, chairs, and reception table, and no other decorating was needed. Our meals were great (three courses). The food was delicious, presented beautifully, and cooked just right. The table service was great, and staff were polite and helpful. We had an open bar and cocktails. Our guests enjoyed their drinks and the cocktails were good. The jetty is great in that it's clean and tidy, in good condition, easily accessible for guests and only a short walk away from the toilets. During the day guests were shaded from the sun and at night fairy lights provided soft intimate light for our reception. We stayed at the resort for three nights. Our hotel room was beautiful and it made getting ready for our wedding so much easier and less stressful. Our hairdresser and florist both visited the hotel room on the morning of the wedding to do their wonderful work, which was fantastic. I highly recommend staying at the hotel because you can walk from your hotel room to the ceremony and back again from the reception.

Evermoore Castle was such an amazing venue for our wedding and honestly exceeded all of our expectations. The setting was so beautiful and unique, and it made the whole day feel really special. Rache and Andre were also incredible throughout the whole process. They were so warm, friendly and helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress free. We felt really looked after and could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend Evermoore Castle to any couple looking for a beautiful wedding venue with genuinely lovely hosts.

Bindo Creek is BEAUTIFUL!! Everywhere you go there is wildlife with cows, kangaroos, birds, ducks and fish. The rolling hills wherever you look are incredibly serene to look out. We got married in March 2026 and had multiple spots on the venue we could have our ceremony. We picked at the creek (actual Bindo Creek), it was perfect. There is an abubdance of places to take photos on site, especially golden hour for that sunset. For the reception, the outdoor fire pit was a hit with all our guests! Kathleen Martin and her husband manage Bindo Creek. They were extremely accomodating, throughout the whole 12+ months planning our wedding. The wedding venue is excellent value. You can pick your own vendors, organise your own decorations and be creative as you want. Lastly there is 5 gorgeous cabins on site to stay (multiple bedrooms in each)and be close to everything for pre and post wedding. All the cabins have everything you need and the best view either looking at the country rolling hills or the lake.
