Tent Events provide luxury pop up accommodation for your wedding!
Tent Events transforms a blank canvas into a space to gather in comfort and style.
Our glamping tents are the perfect accommodation solution for corporate retreats, weddings or for a significant celebration.
Included in the hire is a full set up and pack down, bedding, solar and battery-operated lighting, rugs, bed side tables, as well as a few of our other luxury touches.

HOW IT WORKS
• Select your date and how many tents you require
• Pay a small deposit of $50 per tent with the balance payable 2 weeks before the event date.
• Bookings close 1 month before the event. No changes can be made 2 weeks before the event
• Set up generally takes 2 days, depending on the number of tents booked. We will begin set up on the Wednesday and have the tents completed by Friday morning. Pack down will be on the Monday
• Arrive at your tent village to relax and unwind
PRIVATE BOOKING SITE FOR YOUR GUESTS
If you would like your guests to book and pay for their tents individually, we can set up a private booking site. The site is password protected so you can control whom has access. All tents are charged at $280 with this option. There is a one off $350 fee to set up your private booking site and manage all your guests without the inconvenience to you. We will come and do a site visit with you at the event location so we can create a map for your guests to easily find their accommodation and discuss any issues.
