Our setup time ranges anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so we will make sure we arrive at the venue with ample time before the start time of your event. Set up and take-down time required is not counted as part of your rental run time.
Yes. Our photo booth experience comes with 1 of our staff members to ensure a successful experience and to help with any questions you may have.
A deposit of 50% of your service is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due the day prior to your event taking place. Payment methods: EFT, Cash
Almost instantly. Guest will use the sharing station after exiting the platform to send their videos via text, email or airdrop that can easily be shared to all socials sites.
Our 360 photo booths maximum weight limit is 400kg and can fit up to 4 people.
If Love & Lumiere Events is not able to provide the expected or paid services due to “No Show”, “Courtesy Cancellation” or “Equipment Defects”, a full refund including the deposit will be made to RENTOR within 7-10 business days.
Please note that if you cancel 20 days or less before the event there will be no refunds of your non refundable deposit.
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience within 48 hours of booking, and up to 15 business days before the experience is scheduled to start.
