Weddings, to me, are all about love, joy, and the beautiful connection that brings two people together. It’s such a privilege to help couples celebrate that — in a way that feels completely theirs.

Whether you’re planning a big, laughter-filled celebration or a quiet, intimate elopement, my goal is always the same: to create a ceremony that feels authentic, meaningful, and full of heart.

With a background in administration and a lifelong passion for spreading joy, I bring a blend of organisation, warmth, and humour to every wedding. I’ll take care of the legalities, help craft your vows, and make sure every detail runs smoothly so you can focus on what matters most — each other.

I’m often told my approach is calm and easy-going, with just the right balance of fun and professionalism. Whether you’re after something traditional or totally unique, I’ll work with you to bring it to life — stress-free and full of heart.  One little thing I like to do - is reflect the theme of your wedding in my dress attire.   If you have a theme, I am happy to join in.  

And yes, I provide everything you need on the day — including a crystal-clear PA system and optional rehearsals to ensure everything flows perfectly.

About

Hi, I am a Mum of three adult daughters , two grandchildren and happily married for the last 35 years. During Covid I decided a change was needed after working in administration throughout most of my career. With my love of people, bringing joy and spreading happiness I studied and 3 years ago Kim Hemsley Celebrant was formed. I absolutely enjoy being able to fulfil a couple's vision of their wedding ceremony bringing to life their special day.
