A non refundable $100 deposit is due within 7 days of your booking confirmation.  Note that I allow for all contingencies by never booking multiple weddings on the same day.   This ensures your day is locked in and is all yours. 

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your ceremony date.  You are welcome to pay in instalments or pay in full on the due date. 

Absolutely.  I just need to know your song choices a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the ceremony. 

This is your day, so if you would like to write your own vows, then that is great. I would just need them to be emailed to me a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the ceremony.  However, I do have vow options for you to choose from.  I will also print your keepsake vows and bring them for you to read on the day.  I have vow folders for you to use on the day as well. 

Absolutely.  If you are local on the Sunshine Coast, we will catch up in person for our first meeting to complete your NOIM with final paperwork completed prior to the ceremony.  If you are not local to the Sunshine Coast and only coming up for the ceremony date, then you will need to complete your NOIM with assistance from a Justice of the Peace, and email me the NOIM and copies of your identification.  We can then catch up via Zoom or Teams, however I will arrange to catch up in person the day prior to the ceremony on the Sunshine Coast to complete the final paperwork.

Travel on the Sunshine Coast is included in the package price.  This includes travelling for in person meetings, to and from the rehearsal and to and from the ceremony.
