Life Tree Celebrants
As long as your witnesses are over the age of 18 years and understand/speak English, you don't actually have to know them personally. Generally your Celebrant can help you with organising that. Life Tree Celebants generally have both Kali and Helen at the ceremony, with one of them officiating as the Celebrant and the other arranging the sound system/music etc. So, we would only need to arrange another person for you - in a public place, this is often easily arranged. As long as the witnesses have actually witnessed the ceremony, specifically the Celebrant saying the Monitum and your legal vows.
Where can I get a notice of intended marriage form?
Is this something that I have to find myself?
Life Tree Celebrants
Although you can get a Notice of Intented Marriage (NOIM) form from the Attorney General's Department or your state's Department of Births, Deaths and Marriage, Life Tree celebrants uses one the Celebrants' software applications, allowing you to add wedding and personal details online. Then, when you have your appointment to lodge the NOIM, we complete it together. It simplifies the process for you and ensures that everything is ready when you arrive.
