I am Joanne De Vasconcellos and, as one of Perth's youngest civil marriage celebrants, I offer elegant and beautiful wedding ceremonies with modern, fresh and vibrant ideas.

I am based in Perth, Western Australia, and I officiate at ceremonies anywhere in Australia.

For couples who wish to hold their ceremony overseas but want to have the legalities taken care of here, or for those who simply want a no-fuss wedding, I also offer Registry style ceremonies.

Because I believe that your wedding ceremony is a great moment in your lives together, I will assist you in creating a wedding ceremony that celebrates who you are as a couple, bringing ideas that are fun and that truly reflect your personalities. Legal requirements aside, the ideas are endless.

I am always looking for innovative ways of providing a better service. But, above all, I guarantee you a truly heartfelt wedding.

Joanne made our special day a memorable and a stress free one because at our initial meeting, Joanne supplied all paperwork which she helped us complete and provided us with all the necessary information required for a civil ceremony which then made it very easy for us. She also provided a PA system with microphones so everyone could hear the whole ceremony which was important to us. Joanne has a wonderful personality which made dealing with her a pleasure and we would have no hesitation recommending Joanne to other couples.
