I enjoy my work beyond simply conducting the ceremony, and many couples see that I go the extra mile while still offering a competitive standard fee.

Before the ceremony date, I usually meet with the couple at a café to review their plans and check for any missing details.

I travel anywhere at any time. For example, I once met a couple at 9:00 am in Brunswick after travelling from Oakleigh during the morning rush hour.

Couples can see that I truly love my work, even though many other celebrants charge much higher fees.

We go through the script together, and I coach the couple during rehearsal, including how to hold hands for their personal vows and ring exchange.

On the wedding day, I normally arrive two hours before the ceremony for a final rehearsal with the bridal party, including bridesmaids, groomsmen, the bride’s father, the music controller, flower girls, and ring bearers. I also make a point of speaking with the photographer and videographer to ensure the best recording outcomes.

Booking & Ceremony Timing
If you lodge your NOIM, for example, by 20 March and complete a short online interview (via WhatsApp or iPhone), your ceremony can take place from 20 April onwards, with the Notice remaining valid for up to 18 months.

1. Legals Only Ceremony
Includes NOIM lodgement, all legal documentation, ceremony, and travel within Melbourne:
• AU$450 (Mon–Sat)
• Original Marriage Certificate: AU$85 (including monitoring and delivery)
• Travel is included within 25 km of Melbourne GPO. For locations beyond this range, please confirm accessibility and distance.

2. Personalised Simple Ceremony
Suitable for backyards, gardens, parks, restaurants, cafés, beaches, churches, or similar locations. A meaningful and romantic ceremony for up to 20 guests:
• From AU$650
• Original Marriage Certificate: AU$85 (including monitoring and delivery)

3. Venue Wedding Ceremony
Suitable for wedding venues, winery receptions, parks, restaurants, cafés, beaches, or similar locations. A meaningful and romantic ceremony for 20–50 guests. Includes rehearsal and professionally written scripts (Korean interpretation is free and optional).

4. Venue Wedding Ceremony with MC
Suitable for wedding venues, winery receptions, parks, restaurants, cafés, beaches, or similar locations. A meaningful and romantic ceremony for 20–100 guests. Includes rehearsal, professionally written ceremony scripts, and reception MC services (cake cutting, parents’ speeches, best man’s speech, first dance, and group dancing). (Korean interpretation is free and optional).

Original Certificate Delivery
Your official marriage certificate is typically mailed to your address within 4–5 weeks after the ceremony.

Yes, I am fully insured across Australia with Professional Indemnity, Public Liability, and Products Liability coverage through the Australian Marriage Celebrants.

No problem. While you are abroad in Thailand, you can start the process to save time. If you provide me with your email address, I can send you a link with simple instructions, or you can click the attached link, https://www.bdm.vic.gov.au/lodge-notice-intended-marriage-noim. 

After filling out the form, make an appointment with the Australian representative at the Australian High Commission office in Bangkok. You will need to sign the top part of page 4 and have the officer provide their signature as a witness.

Then, email me a scanned copy along with screenshots of your passport and, optionally, any secondary documents such as your birth certificate. Alternatively, you may choose to submit the visa application after you arrive in Melbourne, and I can hold the Celebrant Letter for you.

Once you return to Australia, you can update your Australian address, and I will provide you with the Celebrant Letter.
