About
Being a celebrant has introduced me to a new dimension of possibilities. I meet couples of all ages and from all walks of life and I learn from them. Usually I am given insight into their lives and their ideals, their behavioural attributes that are distinctive to them as individuals and I thoroughly enjoy every moment. We meet and we talk and we laugh and we organise and I appreciate the time that they give to me so I can create their unique ceremony.

FAQ
I suggest a rehearsal if there are bridesmaids, groomsmen and/or children in the bridal party. Once the processional and recessional has been practiced, everyone feels more comfortable at the wedding. They know where to walk, where to stand and what their responsibilities entail. The whole ceremony looks polished and graceful and is much more fun on the day because no-one is nervous.
The direction and position of the sun is also a factor at outdoor weddings. Therefore, holding a rehearsal at the same time as the ceremony, usually the day or week before the wedding is a good idea.
I do not charge a fee for the rehearsal, and they are usually immensely enjoyable, with everyone laughing and chatting in preparation for the Big Day.
I certainly do travel. I service the beautiful beachside towns of Iluka, Angourie, Yamba, Ballina, and also the townships of Maclean, Grafton, Lismore, Casino and surrounding areas. If the need arises, I can travel to other beaches, towns and country locations.
We enjoy researching the different townships and beaches. If I hadn't travelled, I wouldn't have had the pleasure of witnessing some of the most spectacular scenery and venues on the North Coast.
