  • Rituals and traditions. All you need to do is ask and Petra will include any special rituals or traditions in your ceremony - in fact, she’s keen to add personal touches to your one-of-a-kind wedding.
  • Other ceremonies. Petra is also available for naming ceremonies, end of life ceremonies, and renewal of vow ceremonies.

What happens when I call you?

PH Celebrants

We will set-up an appointment that is convenient to you and we will meet at my business center and start discussing your requrements.

How do I chose which type of ceremony to go for?

PH Celebrants

A lot depends on your budget. I can tailor make a ceremony you feel comfortable with.

Do I need to bring anything with me for our first meeting?

PH Celebrants

Yes I will send you a list of things to have with you for our first meeting.

You will bring the celebrant booking fee and your personal ID documnents ie: 

If you are an Australian born client: 

Birth Certificates /or extracts fo birth or passport

Clients not born in Australia: 

Overseas original passport, or statutory declaration.

If divorced or widowed: 

Decree absolute/Divorce certificate (or death certificate of former spouse).

I haven't decided where I want to have the ceremony yet, how flexible are you regarding location?

PH Celebrants

I am very flexible and can do ceremonies in most locations within Australia -- in some cases permissions will need to be obtained - we can discuss this in our meeting.

What is the minimum time I need to give you to organise my wedding?

PH Celebrants

One month -- we can discuss this in the meeting and ensure we have enough time to process all the documents within the required time. If there is an issue with something you do not have available or there is a family issue we can discuss this and I may be able to make an appeal /or special request on your behalf to Births, Deaths and Marriages.
