In his spare time, he indulges in his passion for cooking, often experimenting with Korean and Western-inspired fusion dishes. He unwinds with a wide variety of films and TV shows on Netflix, ranging from science fiction and action-adventure to comedies, westerns, and war epics. FAQ
Normally, you can relax and complete the NORM form, which I will send to you with basic instructions after our first contact.
In your busy daily life, you may ask questions via Kakao or WhatsApp, or I can help you fill out the form at a café. I am also happy to listen to your plans and give you tips on how to save costs.
1. Flexible & Affordable Rates
Couples usually contact a celebrant after confirming their wedding date and venue. I offer discounted rates for weekday and winter weddings, which are more affordable than Friday or weekend ceremonies.
2. Complimentary Services
When you book more than three months in advance, I provide a complimentary original marriage certificate. I also offer free bilingual interpretation and script translation in Korean and English, including a minister’s blessing if required — helping you save the cost of hiring an interpreter or minister.
3. Cost-Saving Advice
During our interview, as your personal planner, I am happy to share practical tips and recommend free or low-cost outdoor venues such as parks, gardens, and beaches to help you reduce your overall wedding expenses.
I have many compelling stories from bicultural couples who bridge different cultures.
Many stand on the altar, sharing deeply personal and heartfelt messages in front of their family and friends.
When both mothers take part together in the unity candle ceremony, the atmosphere transforms, creating a truly special moment of connection.
Recently, I officiated a beach wedding at Port Melbourne. The morning had started rainy and windy, but for two hours the weather cleared and the sun appeared — a truly miraculous moment.
I enjoy my work beyond simply conducting the ceremony, and many couples see that I go the extra mile while still offering a competitive standard fee.
Before the ceremony date, I usually meet with the couple at a café to review their plans and check for any missing details.
I travel anywhere at any time. For example, I once met a couple at 9:00 am in Brunswick after travelling from Oakleigh during the morning rush hour.
Couples can see that I truly love my work, even though many other celebrants charge much higher fees.
We go through the script together, and I coach the couple during rehearsal, including how to hold hands for their personal vows and ring exchange.
On the wedding day, I normally arrive two hours before the ceremony for a final rehearsal with the bridal party, including bridesmaids, groomsmen, the bride’s father, the music controller, flower girls, and ring bearers. I also make a point of speaking with the photographer and videographer to ensure the best recording outcomes.
I enjoy my work beyond simply conducting the ceremony, and many couples see that I go the extra mile while still offering a competitive standard fee. I love seeing newlyweds perform confidently during their personalized ceremony and take pride in guiding them through each moment with care.
I also maintain my bilingual and community connection skills by offering services for couples, including free interpretation and script translation in Korean and English. This includes the option of a minister’s blessing in both languages, helping couples save the cost of hiring a separate interpreter or minister.
I enjoy travelling and am happy to go anywhere at any time. So far, I have travelled to Sydney and Adelaide, with portal accounts at the BDM offices in each state, and have already received bookings in these locations. I also plan to visit Kalgoorlie in Western Australia in the near future.
I hold a postgraduate degree in counselling and pastoral studies from a Theological College in Australia. I have also worked in the local community in transport, tourism, and international trade-related roles. These experiences have helped me connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and develop a caring and empathetic approach. I understand. Your celebrant will certainly understand your situation. The record can be deleted by the celebrant. It's also ethical to pay the celebrant the $175 NOIM registration and admin fee, which is the standard fee charged by the Victorian Marriage Registry Office. This fee covers the time they spend working with you on your wedding:)
