Tim fell into the wedding biz after doing a mate’s wedding some years ago, where he quickly became addicted to the smiles, the tears of joy, and the laughter. He considers himself super lucky to have had a front-row seat to so many weddings worldwide and can’t wait for each new occasion on the calendar.

I'm really comfortable in a suit or open collar, but I am happy to wear whatever is requested! I tend to take a few things into account when picking an outfit: the colour scheme of the wedding, what the groom is wearing and the formality of the occasion. I want to ensure I look the part and don't clash!
There are a number of 'behind the scenes' tasks that I am involved in before the ceremony starts. I arrive at least an hour before the ceremony. This allows me to become acquainted with the ceremony location, choose an appropriate place to set up my PA system and to introduce myself to venue staff. I also liaise with your photographers and videographers to ensure we are all comfortable with positioning. I am a friendly face for all guests and bridal party members and will help usher and direct as required.
I have been a marriage celebrant since 2017. However, in addition to this, I have worked in logistics (a skill I have leaned on in planning weddings!) and done a lot of work presenting, MC-ing, voice-overs and writing. I have been focusing recently, on really honing my presentation skills and enhancing my vocal range. This is to ensure I can inflect the correct tone on your ceremony and ensure guests ride the experience closely. I am as comfortable MC-ing your reception as I am conducting your ceremony - adding a degree of polish and flexibility that has come about through experience.
Certainly in-person. Whilst we have had to get creative over the years through Zoom and social media, nothing beats a coffee or a wine to discuss your vision for your wedding. There are lots of things to consider and real-time interaction, I find, is the most efficient way of ensuring we have alignment.
