I am an authorised Wedding Celebrant living in Albury, NSW. Travel is not a problem to me - I love the open road and am happy to hit the highway or dirt track to get to your special day! Do you have a PA system and microphone we can use and is it included in your price?

Yes, I have an awesome PA system with high quality sound that can be used to play music from your device before, during and after the ceremony. The hand held microphone comes with this system and it is all included in my price.

When do we have to sign the NOIM (Notice of Intended Marriage)?

The Notice of Intended Marriage has to be lodged with a Celebrant at least one month prior to the solemnisation of the marriage (wedding day) and it cannot be lodged more than 18 months in advance. Several identity documents are required when you lodge your NOIM - the Celebrant will advise you of these documents when arranging signing.

Are you prepared to travel?

Yes, yes and YES! I love a roadtrip. I live in Albury but happy to travel to other areas such as Wagga, Beechworth, Narrandera, Bright, Bendigo, Balranald, Swan Hill, Mildura, Echuca, Geelong..................just give me a call and see what we can work out!

Leonie was the best celebrant anyone could ask for. We wanted a joint ceremony where a friend read our story, and Leonie assisted with this so exceptionally. She made it all happen. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more. We are so glad that Leonie met with us before hand to explain the legal side, and then ran us all through a rehearsal the night before. Her experience is hard to beat and she had absolutely everything covered. She is such a beautiful and lovely person - we are so grateful and would highly recommend!!

Leonie Duryea So many words and so much love for you. Firstly, Leonie was so incredibly amazing, she made our day so incredible. I have had so many people reach out and say the ceremony was everything plus more, how Leonie spoke, how the ceremony was ran and every aspect about it. Leonie captured the loving, playful and strong relationship that my husband and I hold for each other and we couldn't have asked for a better ceremony. From the planning where it was so easy, stress free and helped us relive our love story as we got to create our perfect ceremony. Leonie provided us with a draft copy of our ceremony to ensure it was everything we wanted plus more and has since given us a keepsake booklet of the full ceremony. People let me know over and over that they have been to a few weddings and ours was one of the best purely due to how special, intimate and personal the ceremony was and how it reflected who we are as people. We want to say a huge thank you to Leonie, you made the ceremony so us and it was so magical. We are so grateful and thankful that we found Leonie as our celebrant and could not recommend her enough. We had the most wonderful experience with Leonie as our celebrant! Our ceremony was a small one with a surprise element for guests plus we were organising it from afar and Leonie not only took all of that in her stride, she also went above and beyond in letting us know what we needed to do for all the formalities. She worked smoothly with our venue and took time even over email to get to know us and crafted words that meant so much to us. We felt that everything went so well and we could not have been in better hands. We will be forever grateful to Leonie for making our ceremony perfect for us and our loved ones. You couldn't wish for a better celebrant.

Leonie was our wedding celebrant earlier this month and did an amazing job! Our ceremony was just as we imagined it, she did everything to our wishes and we had a lot of fun preparing the ceremony with her, too. The printed preparation folder that she hands out can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but it helped the process a lot. Can highly recommend Leonie!
