The same colour and design bridesmaids dresses

I went to a wedding on Saturday of a friend of our. Turns out she's has the same colour and the same design dresses as I have chosen for my wedding in November. I haven't brought the dresses yet. But I love what I had picked. Would it be easier to change my colour choice or should I find a different dresses? Please help. We have the same group of friends so I feel I can't keep what I have picked.
